Gracie Wilson honored as Champion of Character, joins 10 others on Academic team

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — The Mid-South Conference announced their winners for the Academic All-Conference Team on Monday.
In order to be nominated, student-athletes must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale and must be in at least their third term. The Lady Lions saw 11 student-athletes join the total of 121 in the Mid-South Conference with the distinction.
Also announced Monday were the MSC's Champions of Character. According to the conference, "The MSC recognizes a Champions of Character Team for each championship sport. The student-athletes that are honored on the Champions of Character Team were nominated by their coaches based on their leadership on campus and in the community while demonstrating the five core character values of the NAIA." By showing those five core values of respect, integrity, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership, FHU's Gracie Wilson was selected for the honor.
