One-day camp designed to give prospective athlets the chance to be seen and evaluated by Head Coach Drew Stutts and staff at FHU.
Campers will learn through instruction and drills intended to sharpen the skills needed to exel at the college level.
Campers will have the opportunity to compete at a high level against each other at the end of camp.
A campus tour will be made available upon request.
Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt.

Facilities and accomodations

All facilities are air-conditioned.
Camp activities will be held in the Brewer Sports Center.

Indemnification and Release

In consideration of the acceptance of the above-named applicant in the Drew Stutts' Lion Basketball Elite Camp program, we/I, the undersigned parent(s) or legal guardian(s), as the case may be, covenant and agree that we will at all times hereafter indemnify, keep indemnified, and hold and save harmless Freed-Hardeman University, and its trustees, officers, employees, agents and representatives, from all actions,

proceedings, claims, demands, costs, damages, and expenses, which may be brought against or claimed from Freed-Hardeman University, or which I may pay, sustain or incur as a result of illness, accident or misadventure involving the above named applicant at Drew Stutts' Lion Basketball Elite Camp.

We/I expressly grant permission for the applicant to participate in the activities planned for Drew Stutts' Lion Basketball Elite Camp and release the University and its trustees, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims or liability and waive all such claims against the University or its trustees, officers, employees, agents and representatives arising out of the applicant’s participation in FHU Lion Basketball Camp, including but not limited to claims arising out of the negligent or intentional acts or omissions of others.

By submitting this form, I hereby authorize the director(s) of Drew Stutts' Lion Basketball Elite Camp to act for me according to his/her best judgment in any emergency involving medical attention for the applicant.
