KJ White Champion of Character, 10 others Academic All-Conference

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The 2023 Mid-South Conference Women's Basketball Champions of Character Team has been released, conference officials announced on Wednesday.
The MSC recognizes a Champions of Character Team for each championship sport. The student-athletes that are honored on the Champions of Character Team were nominated by their coaches based on their leadership on campus and in the community while demonstrating the five core character values of the NAIA.
Bethel's (Tenn.) Kalynn Howard, Campbellsville's (Ky.) Bailey Pedigo, Cumberland's (Tenn.) Lucy Chilcutt, Cumberlands' (Ky.) Casey Coleman, Freed-Hardeman's (Tenn.) KJ White, Georgetown's (Ky.) Sophie Smith, Lindsey Wilson's (Ky.) Jordyn Stephens, Pikeville's (Ky.) Bailey Birchfield, Shawnee State's (Ohio) Kambryia Elzy, Tennessee Southern's Aaryn Lester, Thomas More's (Ky.) Zoie Barth and Wilberforce's (Ohio) Kya Dukes all earned the honor.

A total of 110 Mid-South Conference Women's Basketball student-athletes have earned Academic All-Conference honors, conference officials announced on Wednesday.
In order to be nominated by an institution, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must be in their third term or fourth quarter.
Cumberlands (Ky.) led the conference with 19 honorees while Cumberland (Tenn.) had the second-most with 15.
