HENDERSON, Tenn. — Though the 2022 season sits in the rearview mirror for the Lady Lions, four student-athletes have been honored for their academic success.

Camryn Kime, Brooke Latham, Morgan Leighton, and Zoe Stom were named to the 2022 Mid-South Conference Women's Soccer Academic All-Conference team.

According to the conference, "In order to be nominated by an institution, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must be in their third term or fourth quarter."

In addition to her successes on the pitch and in the classroom, Zoe Stom was selected as Freed-Hardeman's representative for the Champions of Character team.

The MSC recognizes a Champions of Character Team for each championship sport. The student-athletes that are honored on the Champions of Character Team were nominated by their coaches based on their leadership on campus and in the community while demonstrating the five core character values of the NAIA of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.
