Poe tabbed as First Team All-Conference

HENDERSON, Tenn. — With her top-10 finish at the 2022 Mid-South Conference Championship, Eliza Poe was honored to the First Team All Mid-South Conference.

With her 19:50.4, Poe posted her fastest time of the season to place seventh at the Conference championship race. Shaving seconds off each race she competed in, she averaged 20:37.2 across five 5k races this season.

Her highest finish came in the season's first race, where her 21:54.1 was good enough for a bronze medal at the FireHawk Invitational on September 2.
