Lions finish 10th in MSC Spring Preview

CROSSVILLE, TENN.- The men's golf team was able to maintain their spot on the leaderboard in the final round. The Lions shot 321 which gave them a 54 hole total of 954. 

Leading the way was Tyler Rhodes. The junior shot a one-under-par 71 in his final round. Rhodes had five birdies and 4 bogeys, which led to him to a tied 29th individual spot. Following Rhodes was senior Bowman Blocker and junior EJ Hill, both shooting 83 (+11). One shot behind them was junior Austin Warren shooting 84 (+12). Senior Wes Graham rounded out the teams score by shooting 89 (+17).

The Lions stayed in 10th place in the final round. They were 16 strokes behind Thomas More (Ky.) and 15 strokes ahead of Shawnee State (Ohio). Up next, the Lions will travel to Bowling Green, Ky, where they will play in the Mid-South Conference Championship at the Bowling Green Country Club on April 24th-25th.
